- How much does a course cost?
- Each course is $24.90 inc. GST — a one-off payment, no subscription.
- How long does a course take?
- Most people finish in 3–4 hours. It's self-paced, so you can pause and come back anytime.
- Do I need to be 18?
- Yes. You must be 18 or older to enrol, and we check your date of birth before you start.
- Can I do the course on my phone?
- Yes — everything works on a phone. There's no app to download and nothing to print.
- When will enrolments open?
- We're seeking registration to deliver nationally recognised training and will open enrolments once that's in place. Register your interest and we'll let you know.
- Do you offer recognition of prior learning (RPL)?
- No. We don't offer or advertise RPL.
- RSA: How long does it take?
- Most people finish the lessons in 3–4 hours. You can pause anytime and pick up where you left off.
- RSA: Can I do it on my phone?
- Yes. The whole course is built for a phone — no app to download, nothing to print.
- RSA: Do I need anything else for my state?
- Some states require an extra step after the course — for example, a separate competency card. Your state page explains exactly what's needed, and we'll guide you through it.
