We want everyone to be able to use First Shift, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site.

What we do

• Semantic HTML, logical heading order, and labelled form fields.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
• Colour contrast that meets AA, and respect for reduced-motion settings.
• Meaningful alt text on images.
